The 72nd Chronicle

Hello family and friends!

We are looking forward to the baptism and confirmation of a very special young man that we have been teaching on and off for the last almost six months. Baptisms are one of my favorite things to witness! I believe a big reason is because I can see how much the individual has changed over time and I know how important this step is that they are taking. The gospel truly is such a blessing! Seeing the light come into people's eyes makes me want to cherish rather than take for granted the gift God has given us!

Another huge blessing this week was getting to go to the temple with a recent convert that Elder Foran and I had the privilege of baptizing back in Logan last year. It was such a tender experience seeing her and many members I love in the temple as they shared smiles and happy tears. What a day. Baptism is just the gate and seeing her progression made me so happy!

Who's hyped out of their minds for #GeneralConference?! If you are, please email me so we can celebrate together! I'm really excited to hear more direction from the Lord through our Prophet and the other leaders of Christ's restored church. We have had the opportunity to participate in multiple devotionals for young adults recently and the timing was so so perfect. Revelation has not ceased!

I remember watching an exclusive sneak peek teaser trailer for the 'Book of Mormon videos' over a year ago in the Provo Missionary Training Center as part of a Tuesday night devotional. I was so excited after that and have been semi-patiently waiting ever since. If you haven't seen the first 'episode' that dropped on Friday go check it out!

I have a little request for each of you. Getting emails, letters and packages is fantastic. Something I've really missed is hearing everyone's voice! So please take a second and send me a voice recording, voice text, or voice memo if you'd like to. Much appreciated!
